I'm abit skeptical at the moment.
Not sure how will things turn out after reading Alwin's blog and talking to him.
To say I'm not in the least pissed or annoyed, I'd be lying. In fact I was damn angry at the organisation. No, wait I still am. I shall not mention the name, but yeah. Don't ever go there to do CIP, ask me if you guys wanna be sure. Anyway, The manager said we were noisy and said we do not listen to instructions. BUT, when questioned, they failed to provide instances when we were noisy. Only at the start of the first day :S like wth. This comments were apparantly written on our CIP papers. To make it worse, she said she regretted taking us in. Zz.

I'm still hoping that everyone won't take this to heart and stop the CIP thing.
We do the CIP for the old folks thr. Not the mangement so they can say all they want.
By saying what they said, those people thr alr showed us that they are at a certain level. Unless the lot of us want to stoop to their level, I hope we can keep our side of the bargain to complete the 30 hours.

This way, it'll make them appear bad, not us.
