Well, as usual I reported to wok at like 8AM. Being restless and all, I was counting, and I realised I had 15 more days of work ! ><
So the countdown begins ! HAHA. Cant wait till the 31st March. Then after that keep going out till poly starts ! Keep rejecting people feel bad nehs. SO I'll make it up to them ! x)

Today, thankfully, I didn't get any crappy taxpayers. x) In fact, I got VERY NICE taxpayers today! My favorite two was some guy from SIA and another one a hawker x) Had nice chats with them duing the filing and everything. Then today was SUPER alot of people la. Zzz.

Oh, one taxpayer that impressed me was the one Inshyirah was handling la. At first before taking note of their conversation, I thought he was irritating and all, keeping bombarding my fren with question after question. Ya, but after serving finish my taxpayer, I realised that he was asking her how to do e-filing and asking her go thru the steps with him. Naturally he had alot of questions. :) Then due to his miscommunication, my fren made a mistake of clicking on submit before typing in his salary etc. So Inshyirah explained to him what happened, to my supise, he did not explode like I expected. Cos he can get fined for inaccurate declaration. In fact he was pretty calm about it. Then My fren called our supervisor to ask for advice, and the supervisor was like indirectly scolding Inshyirah. Upon noticing this, the taxpayer could choose to remain silent but he told my supervisor that it is due to his miscommunication of info that caused this and not to "punish" my fren. GOSH !
Then they settled everything and wrote a memo to explain a situation and the taxpayer volunteered to sign sayin that he understands what happen and its not my frens fault ! WOW !

Haix, thats like the most interesting part of work. Unless you count going toilet and everything. LOL.
