John and I were supposed to meet amanda and the rest for lunch before going for the fun raising thing.
needless to say, we were late. my fault. heh. not that the rest were early or anything. we were supposed to meet at 12.30 amanda was the first to tun up at 1pm John and I at 1.05pm YAY !
We went ps there the mac. eat. talk. then we couldn't find the booth la. later we found out it was at YMCA.
here it gets interesting.
CHRYSTAL SAID:" OH, YMCA AH. I KNOW HOW TO GO. FOLLOW ME!"
then the group of us, blur blur de. follow her under the hot sun. when we reached the "DESTINATION" they tried to find the booth . only for me to realise that CHRYSTAL brought us to YWCA!!! Notice the W and M. ya. WAHAHAHA.
then we collected out stuffs.
go city hall there to ask fo donations.
then CHRYSTAL again wanted to be lame. she wanted to compete with me to see how many hot guys donate to her compared to the number of hot girls donating to me.
i won easily 3-1 HAIYO! CHRYSTAL. better brush up on your charms sia.
talking about donations. i concluded the top three most generous people in Singapore

First place: women in their twenties or thirties (esp after they finish shopping or are in small goups chatting happily) they are SUPER GENEROUS.

Second place: Parents with young children.

Third place: Guys (only if they are alone or with their gf and tyin to impove their image ) :D i think i'm liddat too. HAHA. eh nt the gf pat but yeah. usually those in group won't donate. tho they are like fiendly and everything.


Oh then got two incidents. one is amusing. one is well... touching.
AMUSING
There was this couple in their twenties. I was asking them for donation. The guy simply brushed me aside. Suprisingly his girlfriend donated. GOSH! I could feel the amount of embarrassment he must be feeling. Then I could see his face go red. He was about to walk away then he suddenly came up and donated. HAHA. he got this stern and tao face. He didn't even wait fo me to gib him sticker. MA LU sia. HAHA!

TOUCHING
I walked up to a family of four to ask for donations. The parents turned me down. I was about to leave when one of the girls called out "WAIT" then I stopped. I thought their parents decided to donate. To my surpised, they both took out their wallets and donated THEIR OWN money ! GOSH. never knew such people still existed sia. They both looked younger than me somemore. MAN.. i feel dam paiseh. cos i know i wouldn't do such a thing la. maybe next time i should.

After all that, i went to marina go shop. Went to alot of place buy things. every place buy one or two pieces then become alot la. my favorite is the jeans from inbase :D then i also went to but some Christmas presents for church people and some juniors. Still got loads more sia. so sorry to all who may receieve late presents. Have been vey busy lately. ):
