Hmm. I'm back from Malaysia ! Missed me people ? HAHAHA
Well, it was a bitter sweet experience to put it in a more chim sounding manner. LOL.
No, but seriously, I enjoyed the time with my cousins, the fantastic scenery and yes, the great food. Thats the sweet.
But I also got food poisoning on saturday, and I couldn't take the cable car to the top of some hill in langkawi. That's the bitter part. LOL.

But all in all, I thought it was a rather good trip away from the stress and a good time to sort out some of my thoughts. Not that I got much done tho. Maybe I'm thinking too much, cos its all too confusing. ZZZZ.

Anyway, drove our way to penang with this rented van, rather comfortable actually.
Managed to sleep through, mostly anyway. Bar the fact Ivan and Sharon were both trying to keep me awake for the whole journey. LOL.

At Penang, I stayed at Bayview hotel. Not bad hotel actually. Rested for awhile before taking a walk around Penang in the afternoon. I went to the GYM after that ! ^^ Thats besides the point. on the first night, we ate junk food at some hawker. My uncle's uncles and aunties brought us to some shopping centers after dinner.

The second day at Penang was spent touring Penang, Butterfly park, toy museum, some coffee and batik place and a tram ride up Penang hill (: The view was pretty nice, I've seen better tho.
Reached back the hotel 5 plus? I wen to the gym again ! YAY ! Had seafood dinner, which had nearly no seafood apart from one fish and a squid. ZZZ.
Went back to hotel played around with cousins for awhile and around 11pm, we went to this revolving retaurant on top of the hotel. Could see the night view of Penang. WOW ! hahahaha. The view, as dark as it was, was beautiful. The lights and everything.. Had some cocktail called "sex on the beach". Seriously, I'm not being a perv here. It was either vodka or gin mixed with pineapple juice. I had the vodka mixed with pineapple juice. DAMN NICE ! I wanted to get another cup had my mum not stopped me ! LOL. My uncle had this wine and coke float. Tasted awful to be honest. HAHA. :x Oh ya then Ivan and I shared this apple pie with vanilla ice-cream. YUM !

Slept at 1.30am that night.

Third day, we got up pretty early and headed to the jetty for a boat ride to Langkawi ! It was a 2.5hours journey and slept through most of the journey. Some old jackie chan show was running while the ship was moving. By the time we reached Langkawi and settled in the hotel, it was about 2pm. I went for a swim with my cousins. We left the hotel about 4pm for a boat ride. We went into a bat cave, crocodile cave(which doesn't have crocs, its just the limestones -___-), saw many many many many eagles and went to a fish farm which I managed to touch a stingray, horseshoe crab and even an eel ! (UNAGI ! ) hahaa. Well, I guess I didnt wash my hands properly after that cos that night I had bad food poisoning I missed the most part of Saturday morning when my cousins and my dad went to this super nice waterfall. Although they didnt see much else due to the rain, the waterfall was worth it. From what I can see from the pictures anyway..

So in the afternoon when I felt better, we tried the cable car ride, well, we wanted to. But it was closed due to fog. ZZZ. so drove around admiring the beaches and had seafood dinner again ! HAHAA.

On sunday, we tried going to the cable car thingy again and well, service has not resumed as lightning has struck something and they have technical difficulties will only be ready on monday.. Right, and i have to catch a flight back to Singapore that evening. How nice.. Anyway spent most of that day shopping and watching tv and going to this private beach owned by the hotel. OH! btw, the hotel is called langkawi lagoon ! (: Super nice can ! I missed out playing pool there la ! ZZZ.

Oh, before I forget, on the last night, my dad and uncle bought some wine and stuff. It was nice pigging on the last night while watchin HBO with my cousins, I cant rmb exactly the name of the wine my dad and uncle bought, but I know one of them(the one I liked) was Jacobs creek cabernet sauvignon. (: But only had like two glasses. My uncle told me he liked it with steak or lamb, well, I guess it goes just as well with penuts, tau sar pia and other malaysian delicacies some funny sweets and stuffs la basically.

Now, my darlings.. I'm officially home!
